Shipping, handling and returns

Cutoffs, costs and the honest version of what happens to a peptide in transit.

That is a dispatch commitment, not a delivery promise. Transit time belongs to the carrier and we will not quote a delivery date we do not control.

Cost

Standard shipping is free on orders over $200, calculated on the subtotal after any volume discount. Below the threshold a flat standard rate applies, shown at checkout before payment. Expedited services are offered at cost with no handling markup added on top.

How the material travels, honestly

Peptides ship as sealed lyophilized powder, which is the whole reason the category can ship at all. Dry solid sits in a far slower degradation regime than solution and tolerates several days of ambient transit without drama. The industry habit of implying every vial needs a cold chain sells insulation more than it protects material.

What does matter is what happens when the parcel arrives. A vial that has been in a cold hold and is opened straight into a warm room takes up condensation immediately, and a lyophilized cake is hygroscopic enough to absorb it before anyone notices. Let a sealed vial reach room temperature before breaking the seal. The storage and stability guide covers the chemistry and the arithmetic.

Packaging

Vials ship sealed, cushioned and in opaque outer packaging with no compound names on the exterior. Each parcel carries its packing record listing SKUs, sizes and lot identifiers where those are populated, so the shipment can be reconciled against the order and against the product records without contacting us.

Returns — all sales are final

Research chemicals do not come back. Once a vial leaves a controlled chain of custody there is no honest way to restock it, whatever its seal looks like, so we do not accept returns and no returned material ever re-enters inventory. A policy that pretends otherwise is a policy for reselling vials of unknown history, and that is the practice this whole catalog exists in opposition to.

Our error, or the carrier's

Anything that arrives damaged, incorrect, or not matching its lot record is replaced or refunded in full, including shipping. Photograph the parcel and the vial and contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

Order changes

An order can be cancelled for a full refund any time before its tracking number is generated. After dispatch it is a shipment, and the all-sales-final terms apply.

Common questions

When does my order ship?
Verified in-stock orders placed before 12 PM Pacific are dispatched the same business day. Orders after the cutoff, or on a weekend or holiday, go out the next business day. The cutoff is a dispatch commitment rather than a delivery date, since transit time depends on the carrier and the destination.
Is shipping free?
Standard shipping is free on orders over $200. Below that a flat standard rate applies at checkout, and expedited services are available at cost. The threshold applies to the order subtotal after any volume discount.
Does lyophilized material need cold shipping?
Generally no, and this is where the category oversells. A sealed, dry, lyophilized peptide tolerates several days at ambient temperature far better than any solution does, which is exactly why material ships as a dry solid. Sealed dry powder arriving warm is not the same problem as a solution arriving warm.
Can I return a research chemical?
No — all sales are final, which is the standard for research chemicals: once material leaves a controlled chain of custody it cannot honestly be resold, so no returned vial ever re-enters our stock. The exception is our error or the carrier failing you. Anything that arrives damaged, incorrect, or not matching its lot record is replaced or refunded in full — photograph the parcel and vial within 72 hours of delivery and contact us.
