Privacy, in plain language

The honest inventory of what this site knows about you, which is deliberately little.

What we collect, and why

Order data

Name, email, shipping address, order contents. Collected because parcels need destinations; retained because accounting law requires it and lot traceability depends on it.

Consent-gated analytics

Page analytics run only after you accept the consent banner. Decline and the site works identically. You can change your choice any time from the footer.

The age confirmation

A timestamp in your own browser's storage, valid 30 days, never transmitted. It is how the site remembers you already confirmed you are 21 or older.

Support email

If you write to us, we keep the correspondence so the next reply has context. Nothing in it is used for marketing.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal data, run advertising pixels, buy audience lists, or enrich your record from data brokers. We do not send marketing email you did not ask for. The whole posture of this catalog is that trust is built by being checkable, and a privacy policy is the same discipline applied to people instead of peptides.

Who touches your data

The payment processor (your payment details go to them directly, not through us), the shipping carrier (name and address on the parcel), and our email infrastructure when we correspond. Each is bound to use the data only for the service it provides. Beyond those and lawful process, nobody.

Your choices

Decline analytics in the consent banner. Write to support to access, correct or delete your data — statutory retention on tax records is the one limit, and we will tell you exactly what falls under it rather than hiding behind it.

Common questions

What personal data does an order collect?
Name, email and shipping address — the minimum a parcel needs — plus the order contents. Payment details are handled by the payment processor and never touch our systems. Order records are retained for accounting and for the lot-traceability that the documentation programme depends on.
Does the site track me?
Analytics run only after you accept them in the consent banner, and declining costs you nothing. The 21+ age confirmation is a timestamp stored in your own browser for 30 days; it never leaves your device. There is no advertising pixel, no fingerprinting, and no third-party tracker riding along.
Is my data sold or shared?
Never sold. Shared only with the services that physically move your order: the payment processor, the shipping carrier, and our email provider when we write to you. Each receives the minimum it needs to do its job and nothing else.
How do I get my data corrected or deleted?
Email support@labfirstpeptides.com from the address on the order. We will correct or delete what the law does not require us to retain — tax and accounting records have statutory retention periods — and tell you plainly which is which.
