Written to be read, not skimmed past. These are the terms every order accepts, in plain language, with the load-bearing parts up front.

You must be 21 or older to use this site or place an order.
Everything is research use only. No product may be used in or on humans or animals. Purchasing is your representation that the materials are for in-vitro laboratory research.
All sales are final. Damaged, incorrect or record-mismatched deliveries are replaced or refunded in full within a 72-hour photo window; orders cancel free until a tracking number exists. Details on shipping and returns.
We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion, including where the intended use appears to violate these terms, with a full refund of anything paid.
Prices are in USD and can change; the price at checkout is the price of that order.

Warranty and liability

Materials are supplied as described by their lot documentation. Beyond the replacement rights above, they are provided as-is for research purposes, with no warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, express or implied. To the maximum extent the law allows, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. You agree to indemnify LabFirst Peptides against claims arising from your misuse of materials or your breach of these terms.

Site content and conduct

Site content, the documentation frame, the guides and the marks are ours; reproduce them only with permission, with the exception that linking to and quoting our published lot documentation for verification purposes is always welcome — that is what it is for. Do not scrape the catalog, misrepresent your identity or qualifications, or attempt to purchase for prohibited uses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stands. These terms plus the policies they link are the entire agreement for your use of this site.

For research use only — not for human or veterinary use. Everything LabFirst Peptides sells is supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. These materials are not drugs, foods, cosmetics or dietary supplements, they have not been evaluated by the FDA, and they are not intended for diagnostic or therapeutic use in humans or animals.

LabFirst Peptides is a laboratory chemical supplier. It is not a compounding pharmacy or compounding facility as defined under Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, and not an outsourcing facility as defined under Section 503B. We do not compound prescription drugs for individual patients, do not dispense against prescriptions, do not provide dosing or administration guidance, and do not market anything for therapeutic or diagnostic use.

Any use of these materials in humans or animals is prohibited and may violate federal, state or local law. The purchaser accepts responsibility for compliance with all applicable regulations and for the appropriate handling of research materials.

Who is eligible to purchase?

Buyers who are at least 21 years old and acquiring materials for in-vitro laboratory research. Individuals and organizations purchase under identical terms. Placing an order is your representation that both conditions are true, and the research-use restriction binds every buyer regardless of credentials.

What am I agreeing to about product use?

That nothing purchased here will be used in or on humans or animals, for any purpose. The materials are not drugs, foods, cosmetics or supplements, have not been evaluated by the FDA, and are supplied exclusively for laboratory research. Misuse is a violation of these terms and of the law that applies to you.

What warranty comes with an order?

Materials are supplied as described by their lot documentation, and anything damaged, incorrect or mismatched to its record is replaced or refunded in full within the 72-hour photo window. Beyond that, products are provided as-is for research: no warranty of fitness for any particular purpose is made or implied.

Can these terms change?

Yes, and the version published here at the time you order is the one that governs that order. Material changes are dated. Continued use of the site after a change is acceptance of it, which is the standard arrangement — the difference is that ours is short enough to actually re-read.
