What we sell, and to whom
LabFirst Peptides supplies laboratory research chemicals. Purchasing is open: an individual researcher and an institution use the same cart, the same guest checkout and the same published pricing, with no credential screening and no minimum order. That openness is a statement about procurement friction, not about permitted use. The research-use-only terms apply identically to everyone.
What we are not
For research use only — not for human or veterinary use. Everything LabFirst Peptides sells is supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. These materials are not drugs, foods, cosmetics or dietary supplements, they have not been evaluated by the FDA, and they are not intended for diagnostic or therapeutic use in humans or animals.
LabFirst Peptides is a laboratory chemical supplier. It is not a compounding pharmacy or compounding facility as defined under Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, and not an outsourcing facility as defined under Section 503B. We do not compound prescription drugs for individual patients, do not dispense against prescriptions, do not provide dosing or administration guidance, and do not market anything for therapeutic or diagnostic use.
Any use of these materials in humans or animals is prohibited and may violate federal, state or local law. The purchaser accepts responsibility for compliance with all applicable regulations and for the appropriate handling of research materials.
What we will not do
- No dosing or administration guidance. Not in product copy, not in the guides, not in support replies. The calculators cover solution preparation — concentration, molarity, cost per milligram — which is measurement, not instruction.
- No therapeutic, diagnostic or outcome claims. Including implied ones. Our research-area labels name a field of study, so "Incretin" describes where the literature sits and never what a compound does for a person.
- No brand-name positioning. Where approved prescription medicines contain the same active ingredient, the record says that plainly and does not name the products or borrow their evidence.
- No certificate we cannot source. A blank field before a borrowed document, every time.
Regulatory status travels with the compound
Several compounds in this catalog have an active regulatory history — approved medicines containing the same active ingredient, compounding-discretion windows that have opened and closed, formal review status that has changed. That history sits on the product record with the date it was verified, rather than being omitted because it complicates a sale. Where a source is silent on a point, the record says the point is unverified instead of filling it in.
What the purchaser accepts
Placing an order confirms you are at least 21, that the materials are for in-vitro laboratory research, and that you accept responsibility for compliance with the federal, state and local law that applies to you. Any use in humans or animals is prohibited. Nothing on this site — including the guides, the calculators and the product records — should be read as encouragement or instruction to the contrary.
