Return policy
Short version: research chemicals cannot come back, but if we or the carrier got it wrong, you get a replacement or your money back.
The rule, in plain English
Think of it like a pharmacy: once something has left the shelf, it cannot go back on the shelf, because nobody can prove how it was stored while it was away. Research peptides work the same way. That is why all sales are final and no returned vial ever re-enters our stock.
When you get a replacement or a full refund

Cancelling
You can cancel any order for a full refund until its tracking number is created. Reply to your order email or contact us and quote the order number. Once the tracking number exists, the parcel is on its way and the all-sales-final rule applies.
How to make a claim
- Take photos of the outer parcel and of each affected vial, with the label and lot number readable.
- Contact us within 72 hours of delivery at support@labfirstpeptides.com or (888) 503-7680, with your order number.
- We confirm and fix it: a replacement ships or you are refunded in full.
