Reviews on this page are moderated before they appear and then published as written. We do not edit them for tone, we do not filter by rating, and we do not show an average until there are enough real reviews for an average to mean anything. Right now there are none, and the page says so.

Nothing has cleared moderation, so this page shows no star rating and no sample testimonial. A supplier that publishes a rating before it has reviews is telling you what its other numbers are worth, and we would rather this page look empty than look invented.
Every review here is published as written once a person has released it, attached to the compound it names, and it feeds the rating shown on that product page. Nothing is aggregated into a score until there is something real to average.

How this works
A review can only be left by someone who has ordered, it goes to a human queue, and a person releases it. Released reviews appear here and on the product page for the compound they name. Nothing on this site carries star markup that is not arithmetic on reviews a person released — which is why most product pages currently show no rating at all.
If something went wrong with an order, contact us first. A review is a slower way to get a problem fixed and we would rather fix it.
Certificates for every lot are at Verify a COA, and the research library covers handling and storage.
